Therasee allows clients to book their own appointments, saving you valuable time. Follow these steps to set up client self-booking:
1. Configure Practitioner Availability
To enable client self-booking, you first need to set up your practitioners' available timeslots.
Steps to Set Practitioner Availability:
1. Navigate to the Calendar: Go to your calendar and click the Settings icon on the top right.
2. Edit Availability: Click on "Edit availability."
3. Set Weekly Schedule: This will open a modal containing the weekly schedule that repeats each week.
4. Select Practitioner: Choose the practitioner whose availability you are setting.
5. Adjust Availability: Select the days and adjust the time periods for each day. Use the plus button to add multiple time periods for a day.
6. Save Changes: Click "Save changes" after making adjustments.
2. Add Services and Locations
Next, ensure that services and locations supporting online booking are set up.
Adding Services:
Services allow clients to choose predefined session types with associated durations and costs.
1. Navigate to Settings: Go to "Settings," then select "Practice profile" from the top menu bar.
2. Select Services: Click on the "Services" tab.
3. Add Service: Click the "Add service" button.
4. Enter Details: Provide the service name (visible to clients), price, and duration.
5. Payment Settings: If you want to process payments at the time of booking, select "Process payments at the time of booking." Ensure Stripe is connected to your Therasee practice portal.
6. Make Service Public: Select "Keep service details public" to show this service in the client self-booking flow.
Adding Locations:
1. Navigate to Settings: Go to "Settings," then select "Practice profile" from the top menu bar.
2. Select Locations: Click on the "Locations" tab.
3. Add Location: Click the "Add location" button.
4. Enter Details: Provide the location details and select "Keep location details public" to show this location in the client self-booking flow.
Enabling Online Sessions:
To offer online sessions, navigate to Settings > Practice settings > Appointments and select "Turn on online sessions."
3. Check Personal Client Self-Booking Settings
Each practitioner can customize their personal settings for client self-booking.
Adjusting Personal Settings:
1. Navigate to My Settings: Go to "Settings," select "My settings" from the menu bar, then choose "Client bookings."
2. Configure Settings:
- Minimum Lead Time: Set the minimum time required before the start of an appointment to prevent last-minute bookings.
- Maximum Advance Bookings: Set the maximum period for how far in advance appointments can be scheduled.
- Buffer Time: Set the minimum interval between appointments to ensure adequate preparation time between sessions. This buffer is applied to the start and end of appointments.
4. Copy Practitioner Booking URLs
Each practitioner has a unique booking URL generated by Therasee.
Finding the Booking URL:
1. Navigate to Users and Teams: Go to "Settings" and select "Users and Teams" from the menu bar.
2. Copy Booking URL: In the table, locate the practitioner's name and click "Copy booking URL" to copy the URL.
