Adding and managing clients is straightforward with Therasee. This guide will walk you through the process of adding a single client, as well as managing client information and interactions.
Adding a Client
Steps to Add a Single Client:
1. Navigate to the Clients Page:
- From the sidebar, click on "Clients."
2. Click "Add Client":
- Click the "Add client" button and select "Add client manually."
3. Enter Client Details:
- Fill in the required fields: first name, last name, phone number, and email.
4. Optional: Invite Client to Portal:
- If you want to send an email invitation to the client, select "Invite client to your portal." This allows the client to access the client portal via your unique registration link.
5. Register the Client:
- Click "Register" to save the client's information.
Adding Multiple Clients:
If you need to add multiple clients at once, click on "Add multiple clients" and follow the flow explained here.
Client Self-Signup:
Clients can also self-signup using your unique client portal registration link.
Viewing and Managing a Client
Viewing a Client:
1. Access Client List:
- Go to the Clients page to see a list of all registered clients.
2. View Client Profile:
- Click on a client's name to view their personal profile.
Completing Client Information:
1. Profile Info Tab:
- In the profile info tab, you can complete additional information about the client.
Adding Files:
1. Files Tab:
- Click on the Files tab in the client's profile to upload any related documents. All files are stored securely.
Managing Clients

- Appointments: Schedule, modify, or cancel appointments.
- Notes: Keep detailed notes on sessions.
- Forms: Manage and store forms completed by clients.
- Invoices and Billing: Handle all billing and invoice processes.
