How to Connect an External Video Link in Therasee

Therasee is designed to integrate seamlessly with your favourite tools, allowing you to use external video links while enjoying all the other features Therasee offers. Follow these steps to connect and use an external video link.

Adding the Video Link

Steps to Add a Video Link:

1. Navigate to Online Sessions:

- Go to "Settings" > "My settings" > "Online sessions" and click "Add link."

2. Enter Link Details:

- In the modal, provide a name for the video link to easily identify it when scheduling appointments.

- Paste the link from your video provider.

3. Set as Default (Optional):

- If you want this link to be the default for online sessions, check the "Make this default" box.

4. Create the Link:

- Click "Create" to add the link.

Using the Video Link

Steps to Use the Video Link:

1. Schedule an Appointment:

- Go to the Calendar and schedule an appointment.

2. Select Online Session:

- In the appointment modal, choose "Online session." The video link you added will appear in the "Select online session method" dropdown.

3. Start the Video Call:

- Once the appointment is scheduled, click on the appointment and select "Start video call." This will open the link you specified.

Default Video Link for Self-Booking:

- If you set the video link as default, it will automatically be used for online sessions scheduled by clients through the self-booking flow.

By following these steps, you can easily connect and use an external video link in Therasee, allowing you to continue using your preferred video provider while benefiting from Therasee's comprehensive features.
