Efficiently managing client notes is essential for maintaining accurate records and providing high-quality care. Therasee offers robust tools to help you create, organise, and manage client notes effectively. This guide will walk you through the process of managing client notes within Therasee.

Creating a Client Note

Steps to Create a Client Note:

  1. Navigate to the Client Profile:

    • Go to the Clients tab from the sidebar.

    • Select the client for whom you want to create a note.

  2. Access the Notes Section:

    • In the client profile, click on the Notes tab.

  3. Create a New Note:

    • Click the Add Note button to open the note editor.

  4. Edit Title:

    • Click on the title field to edit the title of the note as needed.

  5. Enter Note Details:

    • Fill in the details of the note as needed.

  6. Use Speech-to-Text:

    • Use the speech-to-text feature to quickly input your notes. Click the microphone icon at the bottom left corner of the note editor to start dictating your notes. This feature is especially useful for quickly adding notes after a session using the post-session prompt.

  7. Save the Note:

    • Click Save to store the note in the client's profile.

Adding a Note Post Session

Steps to Add a Note After a Session:

  1. Post-Session Prompt:

    • At the end of a video call, you will be presented with a prompt to add a note. This will link the note to the session automatically. You can use the speech-to-text feature here to quickly input your notes.

  2. From Appointment Details:

    • You can also add a note from the appointment details pop-up. Navigate to the appointment in the calendar, click on it to open the details, and select Add Note.

  3. From Client Profile:

    • Go to the Appointments list in the client profile and click Add Note next to the relevant appointment.

Linking a Note to an Appointment

Steps to Link a Note to an Appointment:

  1. Open the Note:

    • In the Notes tab, select the note you wish to link to an appointment.

  2. Link Appointment:

    • At the bottom right corner of the note view, click Link Appointment and select the appointment you want to link the note to. Adding a note from the Appointments list or the Appointment Details pop-up will also link the note to the appointment automatically.

Editing a Note

Steps to Edit a Note:

  1. Select the Note to Edit:

    • In the Notes tab, find the note you wish to edit and click on it to open the note editor.

  2. Make Changes:

    • Update the necessary information in the note editor.

  3. Save Changes:

    • Click Save to apply the changes.

Locking a Note

Steps to Lock a Note:

  1. Select the Note to Lock:

    • In the Notes tab, find the note you wish to lock and click on the More Options icon (three dots) next to the note.

  2. Lock the Note:

    • Click the Lock Note button to prevent further edits. Once locked, a note cannot be modified.

Deleting a Note

Steps to Delete a Note:

  1. Select the Note to Delete:

    • In the Notes tab, find the note you wish to delete.

  2. Delete the Note:

    • Click the More Options icon (three dots) next to the note and select Delete from the dropdown menu.

    • Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
