Streamline your scheduling by connecting your Google Calendar with Therasee. This integration allows you to view and manage all your appointments in one place, helping you maintain a clear overview of your schedule.
Connecting Google Calendar
Navigate to Settings
Click "Settings" in the sidebar
Select "My settings" from the top menu
Choose "Integrations"
Initiate the Connection
Locate the Google Calendar section
Click the "Connect" button
A popup window will appear
Choose Your Sync Preferences
Select one or both options:
Show Therasee appointments in Google Calendar: Choose this if you want your Therasee appointments to appear in your Google Calendar. This is useful if you regularly use Google Calendar and want to see all your therapy sessions alongside your other commitments.
Show Google Calendar appointments in Therasee: Select this if you want to view your existing Google Calendar events within Therasee. This helps you check for scheduling conflicts without switching between calendars.
You can select either one or both options based on your needs
Click "Connect and Sync"
Grant Permissions
You'll be prompted to give Therasee access to your Google Calendar
This allows Therasee to view, edit, share, and manage your calendar events
Click "Continue" to provide access
Confirm Connection
Once connected, you'll see a "Connected" status
Your Google account email will be displayed
This confirms the successful integration of your calendars
Managing Calendar Views
In Therasee Calendar
Google Calendar events appear in blue with the Google icon
Click any event to view additional details, including meeting links
Filter Google Calendar events:
Click the "Locations" dropdown
Toggle "Google Calendar" to show/hide events
In Google Calendar
Therasee appointments appear in purple
Find "Therasee" listed under your calendars
View appointment details by clicking events
See video links and participant information
Important: Please make all appointment changes directly in Therasee, not in Google Calendar
Disconnecting Google Calendar
To remove the Google Calendar integration:
Go to Settings
Select My settings
Navigate to Integrations
Click the "Disconnect" button in the Google Calendar section

Keep your calendars in sync by managing all Therasee-related appointments within Therasee
Use the location filters to customise your calendar view
Check that your Google account appears as "Connected" in the integration settings to ensure proper synchronisation
