How to Create a Note

There are several ways to create a note in Therasee, depending on where you are in the platform. Each method opens the same note editor, so the writing experience is consistent regardless of how you get there.

1. From the Sessions Page

  1. This is the quickest way to add a note linked to a specific appointment. Navigate to Sessions from the main menu

  2. Find the session you want to add a note for

  3. In the Notes column, click the Note icon on that row

  4. The note editor will open with the session automatically linked This is ideal for writing up notes during or after a session, as it saves you from manually linking the note to an appointment.

2. From the Calendar

  1. You can also create a note directly from an appointment on your calendar. Navigate to your Calendar

  2. Click on the appointment you want to add a note for

  3. In the appointment details panel, click Add note

  4. The note editor will open with the appointment automatically linked

3. From the Client Profile - Appointments tab or Notes tab:

  1. Open the client's profile

  2. Go to the Appointments tab

  3. Find the relevant appointment and click the note icon in the Notes column

  4. The note editor will open with that appointment automatically linked

  5. Alternatively, you can add a note via the Notes tab under the client’s profile. This method is best for ad-hoc notes, and you can still link any notes to an associated session if needed.

4. From the Clients List

For a quick note without navigating into a client's profile:

  1. Go to the Clients page

  2. Find the client in the list

  3. Click the note icon in the Notes column on their row

  4. The note editor will open for that client

Which Method Should I Use?

If you want to........

Use this entry point

Write up a session note?

(auto-links the appointment)

Add a general note for a client?

Client profile > Notes tab or Clients list

Add a note while reviewing a client's appointments?

Client profile > Appointments tab

5. After an online video session:

At the end of a video call, you will be presented with a prompt asking if you would like to add notes for the session. This is entirely optional.

  1. When the video call ends, a "Your session has ended" screen will appear

  2. Below the video quality rating, you will see "Add notes for this session now?"

  3. Click Add notes to open the note editor with the session automatically linked, or click Maybe later to skip

This is a convenient way to capture your thoughts while they are still fresh. The note will be linked to that session automatically. You can always add or edit the note later from the Sessions page, Calendar, or Client Profile.

Which Method Should I Use?
